John Taplin Centre

Named after one of our most devoted blind members, The John Taplin Centre is a purpose-built day centre designed for those who are blind or partially sighted.

Members do not have to be registered as sight impaired, the only criterion being that they suffer from some degree of visual impairment. A homely, relaxed atmosphere where our visitors can meet and socialise.
